Healthy Lifestyles Family Workshop
When most adults think about exercise, they imagine working out in the gym, running on a treadmill, or lifting weights. But for children, exercise means playing and being physically active. During this workshop the A-life coach will talk about encouraging children to find fun ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle as they grow and develop. A mini version of the children’s fitness session will then be set out for families to have fun getting active together.

Packed Lunch Family Workshop
A healthy lunch every day will give your child the energy and nutrients they need to grow, develop and learn. Parents are invited to come along and investigate some of the hands-on healthy activities from our workshops. The A-life coach will then talk to the parents as a group about packed lunches and nutrition, and answer any questions.
