Early Years Wake up-Shake up

At Oldhill we start our day with a bang!

All children who attend the Early Years breakfast club take part in a 10 minute dance and exercise routine every day during the club.

Just doing a 10 minute burst of activity helps children feel good and strengthens their heart, bones and helps maintain a healthy weight and helps them get ready for the school day.

The children love it and really get involved, just take a look at them in action:
