WO Sports Healthy Lifestyles and Exercise workshops


WO Sports have been running programmes since 2015, working with local communities and schools. Their activities, training and recommended diets help promote good health with the aim of strengthening the body and mind. Their main objectives are:

  • Giving every child the best start in life
  • Reducing the gap of life expectancy in London
  • Improving mental health and wellbeing.

Good nutrition is the cornerstone to maintaining vitality, immunity, physical and mental performance.

With support from WO Sports, Oldhill School want to educate and inspire children to become more active and promote healthy eating through workshops specifically designed for schools. Through running these workshops this term, children were encouraged to try different sports and to embrace new sports and exercise.

The children had so much fun trying new activities and the feedback from both staff and children has been very positive.
